Leasing IRB Re

After completing the sale of the historic headquarters of IRB (Re) to SEBRAE/RJ, our Transactions team in Rio de Janeiro was also responsible for relocating IRB (Re) operations in the city of Rio.

There were 2300 m² leased at Ventura Corporate Towers. The choice of building was due to a number of factors, one of which was to remain in an emblematic building, in addition to being in a high-end development, with a strong corporate image and commitment to sustainability, a building with LEED Gold certification.

The design and construction of the new IRB (Re) office in the city of Rio was managed by our Project Development Services area.
