and Latin America with the Fitwel seal and one of the first Brazilian buildings to receive certification LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold, which made it easier to obtain LEED certification O+M v4.1 in 2024, to optimize your processes of operation and maintenance.
The combination of strategies together with Cushman & Wakefield consultancy in optimization of its Operation and Maintenance processes allowed Mondelēz Brasil seek LEED O+M v4.1 certification in your office.
Conducted with consultancy from Cushman & Wakefield, together with the Project Management (Sustainability) team, the process seeks the Gold level of certification.
The Mondelēz Brasil office in São Paulo achieved LEED O+M certification Gold by earning 67 points out of the possible 100 points available in six categories credit. Some of the most significant strategies that contributed to certification include the approach focused on waste management, encouraging public transport, energy and water efficiency solutions and sustainable operation practices.
