In the last quarter, 22,715 m² of corporate slabs were delivered in the following regions: Vila Olímpia with 13,960 m² at Auri Plaza Faria Lima; and Pinheiros with 8,755 m² in Pátio Rebouças.
By the end of the year, approximately 25 thousand m² are expected to be delivered in the city.
The new deliveries come at a good time and are in line with what several CEOs want for the resumption of in-person work. They believe that presence is essential for innovation and collaboration. Companies such as Amazon, Meta, Google and Salesforce have recently publicly demonstrated that they intend to adopt measures to increase the frequency of employees in their offices. Many of them have invested in the attractiveness of the physical space as a way of motivating professionals to return to in-person work.
