WT Morumbi is located in the fastest growing business region in São Paulo. With more than 170 thousand m² of built area, it is one of the largest corporate towers in the capital of São Paulo.
Its highest efficiency standards led it to achieve LEED Gold certification, which proves compliance with the most rigorous global sustainability criteria.

In addition to the Cushman & Wakefield team dedicated to the project, around 150 service providers are involved in the operation of the common areas of WT Morumbi, which has an average circulation of 2,500 people per day.

E-Business Park
Around 7 thousand people a day pass through the E-Business Park, in São Paulo, a project that, after its transformation from a manufacturing park into a business complex in the early 2000s, invests heavily in efficiency and innovation.

Managed by Cushman & Wakefield since its inauguration in 2019, the project has LEED Gold certification, which proves that the property was built and operates under the most rigorous global sustainability standards, and is even self-sustainable in electrical energy, which is possible thanks to its own power generation plant.

Alavino Slaviero Building
Located on Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima, one of the most coveted spots in the city of São Paulo, the Alavino Slaviero Building has been managed by Cushman & Wakefield since its opening 11 years ago.

It was one of the first buildings in the city to obtain LEED Gold certification, which proves compliance with the most rigorous global sustainability standards.

Marechal Floriano Building
