WT Morumbi
WT Morumbi is located in the fastest growing business region in São Paulo. With more than 170 thousand m² of built area, it is one of the largest corporate towers in the capital of São Paulo.
Its highest efficiency standards led it to achieve LEED Gold certification, which proves compliance with the most rigorous global sustainability criteria.

In addition to the Cushman & Wakefield team dedicated to the project, around 150 service providers are involved in the operation of the common areas of WT Morumbi, which has an average circulation of 2,500 people per day.

E-Business Park
Around 7 thousand people a day pass through the E-Business Park, in São Paulo, a project that, after its transformation from a manufacturing park into a business complex in the early 2000s, invests heavily in efficiency and innovation.
Responsible for Property Management for over 10 years, Cushman & Wakefield, through its dedicated team, has led sustainable initiatives, especially with regard to water and energy efficiency and waste management.

The E-Business Park was also the first operation in a business center to adopt drone perimeter monitoring in Brazil, reinforcing its commitment to innovation.

Thera Corporate and Thera One
More than 200 thousand m² are managed by Cushman & Wakefield at Thera Corporate and Thera One.
With around 1,200 accesses per day, the complex is today one of the main properties in the Barzel Properties portfolio and one of the most prestigious in the city of São Paulo.

The Cushman & Wakefield team dedicated to the condominium manages around 70 service providers and values good relationships with owners and occupants, for preserving the high standard image of the project, in addition to hospitality, including a concierge service.

Parque Cultural Paulista
The traditional Parque Cultural Paulista building, located on Avenida Paulista, a postcard for the city of São Paulo, occupies the same land as the famous Casa das Rosas, a mansion in the classic French style, dedicated to various cultural events focused on literature and poetry.

Time Jardim das Perdizes 
The Time Jardim das Perdizes complex is a multi-use development, comprising a residential tower, food court, service mall, Office tower and the Time Corporate tower, an imposing and modern corporate tower rated A+, with open space slabs measuring 1,600 m².

Managed by Cushman & Wakefield since its inauguration in 2019, the project has LEED Gold certification, which proves that the property was built and operates under the most rigorous global sustainability standards, and is even self-sustainable in electrical energy, which is possible thanks to its own power generation plant.

Alavino Slaviero Building
Located on Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima, one of the most coveted spots in the city of São Paulo, the Alavino Slaviero Building has been managed by Cushman & Wakefield since its opening 11 years ago.

It was one of the first buildings in the city to obtain LEED Gold certification, which proves compliance with the most rigorous global sustainability standards.

Quality service provision and good relationships with occupants are some of the priorities of the Cushman & Wakefield team dedicated to the condominium, in addition to investing in amenities for users, with various services.

Marechal Floriano Building
The Marechal Floriano Building is strategically located in the center of Rio de Janeiro, the heart of the city, and surrounded by historical treasures. Built in 1984, it has a total area of 470m² per floor.

Since 2021, the Cushman & Wakefield team has been dedicated to promoting peace of mind for occupants, taking care of all administrative and operational issues of the project, to ensure that everything is always working perfectly.
