About

William da Silva Gil has been the head of the Industrial, Logistics and Agribusiness Assets division of the Real Estate Valuation and Consulting Department at Cushman & Wakefield since 2018.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from FGV EAESP, an MBA in Real Estate Development and is a Member and Certified Appraiser by RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).

He has solid experience in real estate asset valuation; activities developed over an 18-year career.

He is responsible for valuing high-standard logistics assets of the main developers and funds in the national market, in addition to evaluating portfolios of large industrial groups. He also manages Agribusiness units, which perform appraisals of rural properties for large groups and credit securitization companies throughout Brazil.

He has served the main national groups and investors and the most important and largest FIIs of logistics/industrial assets; with around 500 recipes made annually, totaling more than USD 5 billion.
