Jakub joined the team of Cushman & Wakefield as a Project Manager in 2018. He has an experience in various phases of civil engineering (construction management, preparation and realization, health and safety, construction design).
He is responsible for independent management of design & build office projects and asset project management projects. He works also as a construction and cost manager on the important projects for key international clients.
He spent 2 years in design and construction atelier and then joined LEGO Production as a Junior Project Manager.
- Baxter – complete design & build office fit out, 820 sq m at Anděl Park building in Prague 5
- Anděl Park – cooperation with the owner GLL on the overall reconstruction of the building (Reception, kitchenettes and toilets for tenants, Security and BMS systems, etc.)
- G4S - complete design & build office fit out, 725 sq m at BBC B building in Prague 4
- HID - complete design & build office fit out, 360 sq m at Palác Karlín in Prague 8
- Palác Karlín – Project monitoring of construction works for occupier ALBI and Immunia
- Smíchov Gate – cooperation with the owner Red Side on the reconstruction of the building (Reception, Security and BMS systems, Locker room reconstruction, etc.)
- AXA Vinohradská – air condition and cooling reconstruction, garages surface removal
- Hotel Lindner – new BMS and FAS
