Josef Krautman is a Partner and Head of Tenant Representation Services in the Office Agency. 

He has more than 12 years of experience in the field of commercial real estate, having worked on the landlord side for several consulting companies in the Czech Republic and Germany. He also focused on investments. Josef works with several major clients such as Anheuser Busch, Huawei and Atlas Copco. 

Josef has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2016. He graduated from the Faculty of Corporate Management at the Czech Management Institute in Prague (ESMA) and from the Real Estate programme at the University of Reading in the UK.
