Marjan brings over 20 years of experience in real estate. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, he served as Director and Head of Retail Agency at Colliers in Prague, where he led key projects, represented luxury brands like CELINE and FURLA, and was responsible for leasing shopping centers. He also held senior roles at KOTVA PRAGUE shopping center and JLL, successfully developing the expansion of international brands into the Czech market.
