Michal Soták is responsible for investment transactions in the Czech and Slovak Republic.
Michal has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience in capital markets transactions, investment analyses, fund management, bank financing, development, asset management and leasing. He also provides strategic advisory on market situation and developments for top companies (Albert, Tesco, Skanska, Ikea, etc.) on Czech and CEE level.
