Profile
Petr leads the landlord representation team and personally oversees and coordinates the leasing of major office projects. He advises developers, asset managers and office building owners on leasing strategy and marketing of their commercial office space.
Petr has been leasing Prague office properties since 2005. He was promoted to partner in 2022. Under his leadership, the landlord representation team has achieved a market-leading position.
His clients include Macquire Asset Management, bdp development, Redside, Livesport, CPI Group, CPDP2, J&T Real Estate, CBRE Global Investors. Zeitgeist Asset Management and many others.
He was (and in some cases still is) responsible for the leasing of Prague office complexes Anděl Park, Zlatý Anděl, Galerie Louvre, Smíchov Gate, Coral Business Park, City West, Aspira Business Centre, Explora Business Centre, Rustonka, Quadrio, Palác Dunaj, Blox and Telehouse.
