Cushman & Wakefield France announces the arrival of Paul Andriot, PhD, as Senior Research Analyst within the Research France team supervised by Christelle Bastard, Head of Research France.
With 10 years of experience in Research & Development in the real estate sector, Paul Andriot will be responsible for carrying out studies relating to the French investment market, all asset classes, and will position himself as the preferred Research contact for alternative real estate (residential, including managed, and healthcare mainly).
This appointment confirms Cushman & Wakefield's ambition to provide its clients and teams with the best skills in order to produce the most advanced studies on the market.

Paul holds a PhD from Paris Dauphine PSL University.
After starting his career as a Capital Markets analyst at Crédit Mutuel ARKEA, Paul specialized in Research & Development where he actively contributed for 5 years to the design of valuation models for all types of real estate assets at the REAL QUALITY RATING rating agency. He then moved to Spatialzr where Paul developed a geographic analysis model for real estate investors.
