Laurence has over 25 years’ experience advising international corporate occupiers on how to define and adapt their real estate strategy, to navigate changing market dynamics to best meet their business objectives.

Laurence started her real estate career with CBRE and held a variety of roles in the US and EMEA. Her focus has been advising clients on portfolio optimization, supporting integration through merger and acquisitions as well as managing global delivery of transaction, project management and lease management services.

Laurence has also worked closely with clients to design and implement real estate standards and processes to ensure global consistency and efficiency.

In her role as Head of Integrated Portfolio Management Sales, Global Occupier Services EMEA, Laurence will be a key driver to develop solutions and showcase Cushman & Wakefield talent, to provide the best value for clients.
