He has led diverse assignments ranging from space expansion strategy to workplace and change management advisory for clients across industries such as IT/ITeS, BFSI, GCC, Pharmaceutical, Engineering & Manufacturing, R&D, Accounting & Audit Advisory, Healthcare Analytics, Crop Science, Aerospace Technology, Alternate Energy, amongst others. Responsible for executing strategic mandates like market research and entry strategies, Kushalappa has delivered Data Centre advisory services to operators, investors, and government bodies. As part of the APAC & EMEA Data Centre Advisory Team, he provides crucial market insights and supports various service lines' initiatives.

Kushalappa is also an expert in Corporate Real Estate (CRE) advisory, specializing in value optimization and strategies for maximizing space utilization. He has led diverse projects in workplace strategy, location advisory, and portfolio optimization for clients across various industries.
