Transaction Details
Tata Cromā, a leading consumer electronics and durable retail chain in India, wanted to open a new store in Guntur.
A leading IPC was in the advance stage of transaction in the same catchment with the client. For the client advantage, the Cushman & Wakefield retail team leveraged their existing relationship and presented a new option which had a better offering and was more beneficial in terms of rental and CapEx.
Client wanted to close the requirement at the earliest and C&W retail team, making it a top priority, travelled to tier-2 cities during lockdown to conduct the site visits and concluded the transaction. The store is now fully operational.
