His expertise spans program management, project management, construction management, cost management, project coordination, and design management across the hotel, data centre, commercial, mixed-use, and multi-family sectors throughout Asia Pacific, including India, Indonesia, and the Seychelles. Arnab is dedicated to exceeding client expectations, optimising project outcomes, and fostering strong relationships with all stakeholders.
With a proven track record working with local, multinational, and international clients, he has functioned as a Project Director, Programme Manager, and Project & Cost Manager across all data centre asset classes, including enterprise, colocation, hyperscale, and data centres. In his current role, Arnab oversees client care programs, manages project/program performance, delivers projects, and acts as a regional data centre platform SME for Southeast Asia.
