01 THE CHALLENGE
Pesona Square is a mixed-use development in Depok city centre, Jakarta. It comprises retail establishments, apartments, and offices.
In the project’s early stages, PT Menara Depok Asri engaged Cushman & Wakefield to launch, market, and sell the mixed-use development project.

02 THE SOLUTION
We crafted a project sales and marketing strategy programme and advised the client on retail advisory, concept development, project marketing, and property management.
Some areas of the programme implementation included:
- Overall development concept
- Development of facilities and pricing
- Layout
- Floorplan
- Product design
- Potential tenants scouted for retail establishment
03 THE RESULT
We managed to secure a pre-commitment rate of over 90% on the first six months of the programme launch. Additionally, all anchor tenants have been secured. Some of these tenants include major retail brands such as Hypermart, H&M, Best Denki, ACE Hardware, and Playtopia.
