Pablo Estrada is no stranger to situations that require intense focus and diligence. As an Operating Engineer for Cushman & Wakefield’s Dallas Property Management team, Pablo has been with the firm for 15 years and has overseen the property engineering activities for six years at two office buildings. Pablo’s work requires attention to detail, and he must keep a watchful eye on all building operations activities, from the people entering and exiting the properties to ensuring employees can do their critical jobs in a comfortable and healthy work environment.
During COVID-19, Pablo has been a steady presence for both the tenant and client. As an example, an employee’s spouse had fallen ill with the virus, which created an exposure risk to other employees. With his deep knowledge of property operations, Pablo acted quickly to get the right supplies; implement the needed cleaning procedures; and communicate with his leaders, the tenant and the client.
Several of the tenant’s Regional Directors have sent numerous notes to Dallas Property Management leadership commending Pablo’s great customer service, dedication and responsiveness.
“Pablo never sees his actions as going above and beyond, because it is in his nature to exceed expectations and serve people to the best of his ability,” says Amanda Hensley, Property Manager. “The tenant and client truly view Pablo as family; whenever they have a need, he’s right there.”
His ability to work with minimal oversight and trustworthiness are key reasons why the client appreciates Pablo, and especially now in the COVID-19 situation.
“He’s always thinking ahead with tenant comfort top of mind,” says Abel Lopez, Chief Engineer. “Whether you’re a CEO or part of the regular day staff, Pablo treats you with the utmost respect and hears your concerns to then find a solution.”
