Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global commercial real estate services firm, announced today that Mitsuhiro Taneda joined the firm in Tokyo on April 1, 2019 as Executive Director, Leasing Advisory Group.
Mitsuhiro will oversee all leasing services and work closely with Keiji Kato, Senior Director - Head of Leasing Advisory Group to further expand Cushman & Wakefield’s leasing advisory platform in Japan. He will leverage his extensive network of market contacts and Cushman & Wakefield’s global and regional platforms to provide leasing advisory and brokerage services for both investor and occupier clients.
Mitsuhiro previously worked for Sanko Estate, a leading Japanese brokerage services firm for 35 years, most recently serving as its President over the last 5 years until July 2018. His exemplary performance led to his appointment as a Board Director at the age of 39. He has held many senior positions within Sanko Estate including Head of Brokerage Sales for the Kansai Region and General Manager of the Osaka branch since its first day of operations in 1999. He later moved to its Tokyo Headquarters, taking on brokerage and leadership roles within the Sales Department.
