Isao Suga is the head of Retail Services at Cushman & Wakefield Japan. Using his extensive experience, he places international retailers and completes high-profile retail transactions.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Isao worked in the commercial real estate industry for more than 25 years. His experience encompasses strategic retail expansion planning, business development, and new market entry and expansion for international retailers, amongst others.
Isao has a vast network of industry contacts, including developers, landlords, and brand retail heads. In addition, he negotiates terms and conditions for clients, understanding both the retailer’s and the landlord’s perspectives of the transaction.
