VISTRA Luxembourg, a worldwide leading fund administrator and corporate service provider, is currently located in three different office buildings in the Kirchberg, occupying a total surface around 5,500 sq m. In a very competitive labour market and with the emergence of new ways of working, VISTRA decided to collaborate with Cushman & Wakefield to define its real estate strategy, consolidate its activities under one single rooftop and offer new modern premises to attract and retain its talents.
After 8 months of collaboration, VISTRA Luxembourg opted for the 4,600 sq m of the Quatuor Building, owned by MONCEAU Assurances and managed by SQUARE METER. In a dynamic office market, with vacancy rate at very low levels and a strong competition for the best buildings, Quatuor met all VISTRA’s requirements being an optimisation of occupied surfaces (with equivalent headcount), an important flexibility, a highly visible and brand-new office scheme and immediately available. Benefiting from an important luminosity and a strong accessibility, as well as high environmental standards, Quatuor will offer comfort and wellbeing to VISTRA’s employees as from 1 May 2022.
Jervis Smith, Country Managing Director of VISTRA Luxembourg, said: “We’re focused on doing the right thing for our colleagues, clients, communities, and the future of our planet. We will take proactive steps to reduce our environmental impact on the world by focusing on carbon reduction in our operating practices and in the way we work. Our organisation as a whole made a pledge to reduce our office energy consumption by 40% in the near future.”
Sebastien Bequet, Country Head of Cushman & Wakefield Luxembourg, comments: “It has been a great pleasure to be chosen by Vistra to assist them in this important project. Despite the particular context, we succeeded in identifying the ideal solution to meet Vistra's ambitious objectives. We would like to thank Vistra for this excellent collaboration!”
