GRESB SUPPORT FOR 2022 REPORTING SEASON

01/04/2022
The GRESB 2022 Assessment Period has started.

The demand for increased transparency and comparability of real estate sustainability performance, particularly from investors, has never been higher. Participating and reporting through GRESB is the main tool being used by listed and non-listed real estate companies to demonstrate their sustainability performance.

Completing the GRESB Assessment requires significant time and effort. Here at Cushman & Wakefield we can support you during this process. We help our clients review and prepare their documentation and data to ensure continuous improvement of their sustainability performance and GRESB score. We can use our data analytics platform to collect, analyse and prepare sustainability performance information to ensure high quality, validated data ready for reporting.

To find out more on how our experience team within Cushman & Wakefield could guide and support you during the reporting process and beyond, please download our brochure for more information on this page.

The smart Smart City

A fully digital city is like working completely from home due to corona: all spontaneity and creativity disappear like snow in the sun. Living in the city only gives energy when the city is bustling with activity and at the same time provides peace of mind when you need it.

Climate risk

Climate risk is now a reality which will impact current and future value of property. When we talk about climate risk, we invariably mean one of two things – the transitional risk of moving towards a low carbon economy or the physical risks associated with climate change.
