About

Jordy Diepeveen is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with more than 17 years of experience at leading international full-service real estate advisory firms. He has in-depth expertise in the Dutch office and life sciences markets, with a strong track record in investment transactions.

Throughout his career, Jordy has been involved in a wide range of single asset and portfolio deals with a combined transaction volume exceeding €4 billion. He is known for his analytical mindset, data-driven approach, and collaborative working style.

After completing his MSc in Real Estate Finance at the University of Amsterdam, Jordy began his career as a valuer at DTZ Zadelhoff in 2007. In 2010, he transitioned to the Capital Markets team, where he worked until 2017. Before rejoining Cushman & Wakefield, he co-led the office investment and acquisitions team at Savills for nearly eight years.
