Tjomme is a longstanding, and integral member of the leadership team at Cushman & Wakefield’s office in the Netherlands, having joined in 2007, promoted to Associate in 2015, and as Commercial Lead in 2018.

He is responsible for various property portfolios of Dutch institutional investors, and for the management of a team of 31 accountants, technical staff, facility managers and assistants.

Tjomme has extensive experience in analysing and optimising portfolios, further improving Agency cooperation to optimise client serviceby the various disciplines as well as stimulating active management with a strong focus on tenant  satisfaction, with measurable good results.
