Dana Radoveneanu, Head of Retail Agency, coordinates the retail leasing team and focuses on strengthening the company’s portfolio. She provides real estate advisory services to retail park developers and shopping center landlords. Dana has an extended knowledge and understanding of the retail market from both tenant’s and developer’s side, as her previous experience included working as a Development Manager for Lagardere Travel Retail for 6 years.

Dana joined Cushman & Wakefield Echinox in April 2017 and she coordinated the leasing process of clients such as One United (One Cotroceni Park), Prime Kapital (Mall Moldova, Arges Mall, Dambovita Mall), Nova Imobiliare (Colosseum Mall), Forte Partners (Millo&Tandem), Portland Trust (J8 Office Park), etc. Some of the tenants advised by Dana are: Help Net, Ana Pan, French Bakery, 4F, Teilor, Carturesti, Diverta, Superbet etc.

Dana has a Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance, Faculty of Finance, Insurance, Banking and Stock Exchange from Bucharest University of Economic Studies (2009).
