KK is Chief Executive of Greater China at Cushman & Wakefield with over 30 years’ experience in the real estate industry, advising clients of the best solutions across the entire real estate life cycle. Over the past 25 years, KK has been a core leader in the company’s Greater China business space. He was Head of Valuation & Advisory, Asia Pacific in providing strategic advice to clients in support of accounting and public listings, real estate planning, development and business valuation for numerous corporate operations.

Prior to joining the company (formerly known as DTZ) in 1993, KK worked in another international consultancy firm for 9 years, where he was a Director of Valuation Department.

Staying actively involved in the affairs of his profession, KK is the representative of The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) at International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC) and is a member of Working Group of Advisory Forum. He was a Board Member between 2005 and 2009 of IVSC.

He is currently the Vice-President (2018-2019) and Chairman of General Practice Division of The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (2015-2017/2017-2019) and also a General Council Member of both the HKIS and the China Institute of Real Estate Appraisers. He is a member of Working Group for Valuation Standards of the HKIS and was the Chairman of Board of Membership between 1999 and 2005.

In the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), KK held the position of member of Asia Valuation Board between 2010 and 2016 and is currently the non-executive member of the Asia Pacific World Regional Board.

Appointed by the Government of Hong Kong SAR, KK is a Member of Surveyors Registration Board under the Surveyors Registration Ordinance. He is also a Member of Appeal Tribunal Panel appointed under Building Ordinance (Cap 123), and Panel Member of the Private Columbaria Appeal Board under the Private Columbaria Ordinance.
