Cushman & Wakefield est fier de mettre en avant son rôle en tant que conseiller exclusif des vendeurs de ROVA dans la vente d’un portefeuille immobilier mixte à Tikehau Capital dans le cadre d’une procédure off-market.

Cet accord portait sur pas moins de 30 000 m² de biens immobiliers de haute qualité à Bruxelles, composés de plus de 25 biens exceptionnels. Des espaces de bureaux, des commerces et des logements, tous stratégiquement situés dans les quartiers les plus attractifs de la capitale.
Cette acquisition représente la première réalisation de Tikehau Capital sur le marché immobilier belge.

Les vendeurs ont été assistés par Cushman & Wakefield ainsi que par Allen & Overy.
Les acheteurs ont été assistés par Codabel, Urban Law, BPM et Deloitte.
