What began as a small family business in New York more than 100 years ago, is now a leading global real estate services firm that delivers exceptional value for real estate occupiers and owners. Our iconic brand and approximately 53,000 people operate across approximately 400 offices in 60 countries. And from Silver Court in Shanghai to the Sears Tower in Chicago to all that comes next, our clients are at the center of all we do.

    Naissance de la marque DTZ par le rapprochement des sociétés Debenham Tewson & Chinocks (UK), Jean Thouard (France) et Zadelhoff (Pays-Bas).

    Partenariats mondiaux établis avec les plus importantes sociétés d'immobilier d'entreprise en Amérique, Europe et Asie.

  • 1999
    Conquête de l'Asie. DTZ tisse un partenariat avec CY Leung & Co et Edmund Tie & Co, la holding est rebaptisée DTZ Holdings plc.
  • 2001
    Acquisition De Cushman Realty Corporation

    Cushman & Wakefield acquiert Cushman Realty Corporation (CRC), renforçant ainsi sa présence sur la côte ouest et le sud-ouest des États-Unis. Cette opération réintègre les fondateurs de CRC, John C. Cushman III et Louis B. Cushman, dans la société fondée par leur grand-père, J. Clydesdale Cushman, et leur grand-oncle, Bernard Wakefield.

  • 2004 - 2008

    Le Groupe se développe à l'international avec l'ouverture de bureaux DTZ en Europe, en Asie, au Moyen Orient et en Amériques

  • 2005

    Cushman & Wakefield acquiert successivement les sociétés Russia Stiles & Riabokobylko, Canada’s Royal LePage and Semco Johnson Controls

  • 2007
