En tant que l’un des plus hauts immeubles en dehors de Manhattan, l’emblématique gratte-ciel de 57 étages situé dans le Queens s’est toujours démarqué. Et pour couronner le tout, il gagne aussi des prix! Suivant les directives de notre client Savanna, notre équipe a contribué à la modernisation des 1,5 million de mètres carrés de l’immeuble, ce qui a permis d’économiser plus de 4,4 millions de kilowattheures d’électricité, soit une économie de 20 % par rapport à l’année précédente.
Programme Hektar Nektar, Allemagne
Nous avons collaboré avec Hektar Nektar au « Projet 2028 », une initiative visant à protéger la population d’abeilles de la région et à augmenter celle-ci de 10 % d’ici 2028. Nous avons fourni à 500 000 abeilles un nouvel habitat à proximité de chacun de nos sites en Allemagne. Ornées de panneaux de porte à l’effigie de Cushman & Wakefield, nos ruches bourdonnent d’activité. Elles permettent non seulement la production de délicieux miel, mais aussi le rééquilibre de l’écosystème.
