Starting April 2015, Mihaela coordinates the Asset Services department, managing the most wide-ranging portfolio of retail, office and logistics assets of approximately 500,000 sq. m, in Bucharest and in the main cities of Romania.

She manages the largest team within the company, totaling 40 people covering the property and corporate facility management services.

With more than 16 years of real estate market experience, Mihaela was successfully involved in the leasing process of various shopping centers throughout the years. She successfully developed a unique education programme for the real estate professionals, Drawing Business Value Academy.
