Simona Luiza Mircheva has graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago, focusing on social psychology and international studies. 

During her education, she studied abroad in Rome, Italy and Sydney, Australia, accumulating eclectic, professional experience.  

Simona Luiza returned to her home country of Bulgaria to apply her well-rounded, international know-how, while working at Cushman & Wakefield Forton, as a junior consultant, whilst pursuing her interests in the fields of environmental-consciousness, holistic living and the residential real-estate market. 

She’s keeping a keen eye on the latest news on ESG standards and the trend-setters in the field, in order to provide her clients and partners with impactful information, inevitably affecting the way we imagine real-estate.
