As Cushman & Wakefield’s Chief Financial & Operating Officer, Americas, Bregan Herrold leads all financial and operational processes for the firm’s largest region. Bregan partners with the business to deliver operational efficiencies, provide valuable insights through analytics, and make investments to drive long-term strategic growth.

Bregan joined the firm in 2019 and has held several leadership roles, most recently as Chief Financial Officer, Americas, where her vision and leadership has resulted in highly effective financial planning and performance. Prior, Bregan served as the VP of Finance for the Americas region, where she was a key leader of operational excellence, cost savings initiatives and strategic decision support. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Bregan spent five years working in various finance leadership roles at Beam Suntory, including Senior Director, Head of Marketing Finance and Director, Global Financial Planning & Analysis. Other previous experience includes a role in investment banking at JPMorgan Chase and various finance roles at UBS and IBM.

Bregan is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Management Team and was chosen as one of GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum’s Women of Influence 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Arizona State University, and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
