Rebecca works with a team of 60 sustainability experts across Cushman & Wakefield’s Asia Pacific region. She specializes in ESG advisory and climate resilience in real estate for investors and occupiers, specifically in sustainability strategy and program deployment.
James Woodhead
EMEA Asset Services Head of Sustainability
James leads operational delivery of Asset Services sustainability and ESG-related topics with a particular focus on cross-border investor clients. He is experienced in supporting companies’ development of environmental strategies and improving energy performance across real estate portfolios to help realize long-term, ambitious environmental targets.

Global Sustainability and Energy Manager
Navya focuses on Cushman & Wakefield’s corporate sustainability performance and initiatives, including planning, executing, and collecting data in order to achieve our science-based targets and reach net zero emissions by 2050.
