OVERVIEW

Genk Logistics, object 1, comprises of a warehouse composed of 5 seperate halls on a plot of land of approximately 200.000 m². The almost 80.000 m² of warehouses consist of a metal construction on a concrete flooring, chargeable with 6 tons/m², are provided with 63 landing and loading quays, a railroadaccess, heating, sprinkler over the whole surface and partially ESFR sprinkler. The free height of the warehouse ranges for hall 1 to 9,90 m, hall 2 to 14 m (fixed rack zone), hall 3 to 9,90 m, hall 4 to 9,45 m and hall 5 to 11,90 m. Approximately 220 parking spaces for trucks are located in front of the complex. The electricity produced by the PV-installation of the building can be offered at an attractive price. Warehouse surfaces as from 10.202m² up to 76.047 m² are available.

Functional office buildings equipped with all necessary equipment are located in front of hall 1 and hall 5 with a surface of 1.490 m² resp. 323 m². Additional office space is available in object 2. The building Object 2 is an approximately 1.000 m² stand-alone office building. The building is provided with basic office equipment such as false ceiling, topcooling and ventilation.A large parking facility is available around the complex.
