Bahareh is based in Toronto and dedicated to Retail Tenant Representation in the GTA as well as overseeing the rest of Eastern Canada for her national mandates where her role includes strategic planning and market research, site selection, negotiations, documentation, and maintenance of her client’s real estate portfolio such as renewing and relocating existing locations. She is also responsible for maintaining and building relationships with landlords and property managers in Ontario in order to have the most current market information. She began her career 8 years ago and today completes over 150 renewals and 30 new transactions across Ontario for client such as H&R Block, Sally Beauty, Cosmo Prof, TD, DashMart, Skechers, Loaded Perogie, and Dr. Phone Fix. Bahareh adopts a tenant centric mindset for the purpose of increasing profitability and minimizing business risk for her clients through real estate.
