Brad is a Vice President with the National Capital Markets Group, and is based in Vancouver. Brad has over two decades of experience as a licensed Real Estate Broker, and his expertise extends to urban and suburban land and development sites, investment and multi-family sales. Initially recruited to increase market share for the company on Vancouver's North Shore, Brad's practice has now expanded to cover debt and equity financing strategies for his clients.

Throughout his career, Brad has represented numerous reputable organizations, such as Seaspan, Grosvenor, Seacliff Properties, Cressey Development, Peterson, The Executive Group, Wall Financial, Mosaic Homes, PC Urban, and GWL. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Brad spent eight years as a financial advisor at Raymond James.

Brad is an alumnus of Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, where he earned a degree in Political Science from the prestigious Weinberg College of Arts and Sciences. He was also a scholarship athlete, playing golf for the Wildcat varsity team for four years and serving as the captain for two. Before transitioning to real estate, Brad pursued a professional golf career in the United States.

In his free time, Brad can often be found on the local little league baseball diamond with his son, walking his dog or spending quality time with his wife and two teenage daughters.
