Brittany allocates her time between our Toronto and Ottawa offices. She joined Cushman’s V&A Group in 2014 and offers experience with office, industrial, multi-family, retail and development land in Toronto and Ottawa on behalf of clients such as City of Brampton, GWL, Metrolinx, Region of York, etc. For requirements in Ottawa, Brittany partners with our Toronto Team along with Sandy Upson, who’s part of our V&A Team and is based in Ottawa. Brittany and Sandy have recently appraised a range of properties in Ottawa for clients such as DREAM, bcIMC/QuadReal, InterRent, Main & Main, Manulife, Morguard, Public Works, Sun Life/ BentallGreenOak, etc.
