Craig began his career as an investment consultant at Walton International—the largest real estate land syndication company in North America. After two years with Walton International, Craig entered the brokerage community focusing on Commercial Sales and leasing with a geographical focus on the Tri-Cities and Maple Ridge markets. He gained experience working in a commercial brokerage with Tullis Realty before joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2008.
Since joining, Craig has gained a reputation as a local market expert with significant experience in project leasing and investment sales. He has solid business relationships and an extensive database of landlords and occupiers that are active in these markets. Craig has been responsible for leasing and selling some of the most notable mixed use projects as well as brokering some of the largest land deals in the Tri-cities, triggering millions of square feet of new development. His aptitude for larger complicated land deals has broadened his experience and resulted in other sizable land deals across the Lower Mainland including Surrey, Burnaby, and Vancouver.
Craig holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Wilfred Laurier.
