Danny is a Vice President in the Valuation & Advisory Group of Cushman & Wakefield based in our Toronto office. He is responsible for the valuation of a wide range of commercial, industrial and investment properties for various purposes. 

Danny has over 30 years of valuation experience in the real estate industry. Valuation assignments completed involved various types of properties in the Greater Toronto Area and the Southwest Ontario, including retail, office, industrial, apartment and land. His clients include major banks, trust companies, government agencies, private corporations and individuals.  

Prior to immigrating to Canada in 1990, Danny had seven years of working experience in both private and public real estate sectors in Hong Kong. His experience included valuation of various types of properties, feasibility studies of development land, management of building projects, and real estate sales and leasing.
