In 2021, David was named one of the top 3 producers for the Calgary office, along with achieving top 75 for C&W nation wide. His primary area of focus is portfolio management for multi location occupiers. David currently leads several portfolios for our large cap clients, sourcing and securing space throughout the country.

Before entering the world of real estate, David performed in business development and procurement roles including working with several tier one EPCM’s and manufacturing Fortune 500 firms.

Originally from Fort McMurray, Calgary has now been his home for over 20 years. David is a graduate of Northwood University in Palm Beach Florida with a double Major in Marketing & Management. Northwood University recently received a 4th place rank in the "Best Private Business Schools".

David and his team, Mike Warner, Kevin Tang and Ula Kusto, assist clients with owner/occupier land and building sales, investment sales, leasing, renewals and build-to-suit transactions.
