David is an Executive Vice President, Capital Markets - Investment Sales, for Cushman & Wakefield, based out of Vancouver. He began his career in commercial real estate in 2006 and gained valuable experience with two leading global firms prior to his transition to C&W in November 2019.

David has been recognized as one of the top investment sales brokers in British Columbia completing in excess of $1 billion in sales transactions. He was a top producing agent at JLL Canada where he received numerous awards and recognition for exceptional performance.

David manages complex investment transactions for both development land and income producing property with a focus and specialization on multifamily assets. David’s extensive market knowledge and leading marketing strategies have enabled him to continuously raise the bar and exceed client expectations.

David has been featured as an expert investment specialist on real estate panels and has been highlighted in various publications such as the Western Investor and Business in Vancouver. He continually gives back to his community and is a regular supporter of Ronald McDonald House, the Children’s Make-A-Wish Foundation, and the Jewish Community Centre of Greater Vancouver. In addition to his charity contributions, David spent five seasons as a volunteer minor hockey coach at West Vancouver’s Hollyburn Club.
