About
Jamie Topham is a Partner, Retail Services at Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton. He began his career in commercial real estate in 2002 with JJBarnicke, now Cushman and Wakefield Edmonton.
Jamie specializes in retail leasing, sales and site selection on behalf of several local and national retail clients specifically, Dollarama, Canadian Brewhouse, Co-op Gas Bar, and Subway along with several large development clients such as WAM, Brentwood Developments, Cameron Developments and Melcor Developments.
His achievements include completing his CCIM designation in 2010, being invited into the partnership group at Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton in 2011 as an Associate Partner, progressing to full Partner in 2015, and most recently being appointed Retail Division Leader at Cushman & Wakefield.
Jamie believes that “each retailer has unique and special requirements and having the opportunity to meet with them and discover their needs is something I very much enjoy.”
