As the Managing Director of Project Management with Cushman & Wakefield Ltd., Jody’s role is to establish and implement the strategic direction of the Project Management business nationally with emphasis on service line growth and integration with the broad range of services provided by Cushman & Wakefield. 

As part of her role now, Jody has day-to-day responsibility for the management of Cushman & Wakefield Ltd’s core project teams located in Toronto, Montreal and Calgary as well as oversight to its strategic alliance partnership with SNC-Lavalin O&M that provides Cushman’s Canadian team with its critical resource mass throughout the balance of Canada.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2008, Jody worked with an independent real estate and facilities consulting practice based on Toronto. In her 11 years with this firm, Jody acquired extensive experience across a wide variety of real estate issues such as strategic planning, transaction management, performance management, lease negotiation, real estate consolidation strategies and effective development and application of best practices.

Overall, while Jody’s primary responsibilities lay in Client Relationship Management, platform development and ongoing business development, she continues to be a practitioner and delivers day-to-day project management services to a few select and long-term accounts, including Google and Interac.

Her expertise rests with understanding our clients business, devising solutions and marshalling the appropriate resources to implement the desired result. She is a rigorous and disciplined project leader and is extremely adept at developing ways for her team and the overall service line to deliver cost-effective and timely solutions for our clients.  Her involvement can guarantee exceptional service, quality and attention to detail and as a patient and skillful communicator she brings immense value to any project team.
