Kyle has been an integral part of Cushman & Wakefield’s high-performance National Capital Markets Group since 2016. As the Head of Underwriting, he oversees the daily operation of the due diligence team and provides market intelligence, marketing collateral and underwriting support to the firm’s Debt, Equity, Structured Finance and Investment Sales platforms. 

Kyle specializes in the analysis of development feasibility, income generating properties, municipal land use policies, debt financing, and macroeconomic trends. He has played a fundamental role in successfully producing RFP responses, proposals, valuations, marketing materials, and disposition strategies totaling in excess of $4.25 billion of sales and financing value. Kyle brings immeasurable value through his forensic approach to research and is renowned for his intellectual curiosity, honesty, critical thinking, rigorous due diligence and accountability for results. 

In 2018, Kyle was the recipient of Cushman & Wakefield’s Outstanding Employee Award, an acknowledgement for his demonstration of utmost integrity and professionalism while consistently elevating standards and producing outstanding deliverables. 

Kyle holds a bachelor’s degree from Simon Fraser University in Environmental Geography along with a Diploma in Urban Land Economics – Development Specialty from the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business Real Estate Division. In addition, he holds his Real Estate Trading Services License and is a licensed submortgage broker in British Columbia.
