As Senior Vice President, based in Toronto, Matt is responsible for successfully brokering real estate transactions from start to finish by utilizing an established marketing and disposition process. During Matt’s career, he has brokered the sale of a number of high-profile, income-producing properties and redevelopment sites.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Matt was at a boutique firm, where he was personally involved in the acquisition, disposition, financing, asset management and investment of commercial real estate valued in excess of $1B. His prior experience on the principal side of transaction allows him to navigate complex transactions to ensure client success. He is passionate about helping his clients achieve market leading returns.

Matt is also an accomplished sailor, who was a carded National Team Athlete for the Canadian National Sailing Team for eight years, winning numerous Canadian and North American championships.
