About

Matthew is a commercial leasing advisor based in Cushman & Wakefield’s Downtown Toronto Office.  He is part of a senior Client Services Team including Ryan Robillard and Scott Stoneburgh with a focus on tenant representation. The team provides specialized advisory services for healthcare & life science organizations as well as technology, finance, and broader public sector organizations.  Matt and his team manage numerous regional, national and global real estate portfolios for clients, providing transaction advisory and portfolio management services.     

Matthew has worked with Cushman & Wakefield for over 17 years and takes immense pride in providing the highest level of service and obtaining the best business solutions for his clients. He is also a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s North American Life Sciences Practice Group, member of Cushman & Wakefield’s North American Emerging Technology Advisory Group.
