With over 30 years of experience in Greater Toronto’s commercial real estate market, Michael Hagerty has an extensive background in structuring and negotiating commercial lease transactions and sales agreements. As a multi-award-winning VP in Toronto West’s Office Leasing division, he has demonstrated a proven ability to negotiate and complete transactions with senior executives from a wide variety of national and international companies and organizations.

One of Michael’s Tenant Representation accounts, Hershey Canada Inc., has worked with him for 8+ years and entrusts Mr. Hagerty and his team with both their Office and Industrial assignments in the GTA and other locations in Canada. Mr. Hagerty completed a transaction to relocate Hershey’s from their current single tenant, Canadian Head Office building, to 5750 Explorer Drive, a new LEED Silver certified office building in Airport Corporate Centre. Mr. Hagerty’s most recent major tenant representation assignment with PepsiCo Canada was a consolidation of their Quaker Tropicana Gatorade and Hostess Frito-Lay office requirements into 5550 Explorer Drive, a new LEED Gold certified office building in Airport Corporate Centre.

Michael Hagerty joined Royal LePage Commercial (now Cushman & Wakefield Ltd.) in 2001. Since joining Mr. Hagerty has consistently been one of the top performers in the Suburban Office Leasing Group finishing in the top 3 in the GTA West Office since 2005 and #1 twice during that period.
