About
Nick Preston is Vice President of Retail Sales and Leasing has been involved in commercial real estate since 2012. Working alongside Ryan Rutherford – Vice President, Nick specializes in retail sales and leasing and has been integral with site selection, design, lease-up and disposition, if necessary, of significant, prominent retail developments throughout Alberta. Nick has been involved in thousands of transactions and is primarily and landlord/vendor representative. Nick also specializes in the redevelopment, repurpose and remarketing of challenging properties, and has demonstrated success in these situations. Nick’s relationship with a vast network of national, regional and local tenants has led to the successful track record of lease completion of numerous retail centers throughout Calgary and Southern Alberta.
Nick’s education includes completion of the real estate development program at the University of Calgary, the Certified Retail Real Estate Professional designation through ICSC, and his Real Estate MBA.
