A seasoned real estate professional, Paul Fredette joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2022. Paul began his career in commercial real estate when he joined François Laurence & Associates in 1999.
Paul is a motivated, result-driven individual with hands-on customer service and travel experience. Resourceful and proactive, he is able to combine effective communication skills, in both English and French, with extensive product knowledge in order to identify opportunities and deliver satisfactory outcomes for both customer and company whilst working alone and as a part of a larger team.
His expertise ranges from marketing office and industrial properties to representing tenants looking for opportunities to lease or purchase commercial properties. Property types include office, retail, land, and industrial. His market knowledge and abilities in concluding agreements have brought him a great deal of respect in the industry.
He has developed wide-ranging contacts in the field of commercial real estate brokerage with agents, developers, investors, and clients of local, national, and international companies.
