Before Commercial Real Estate, Zeshan successfully obtained his MPAcc (Masters of Professional Accounting) and CPA/CA designation (one of the hardest exams to pass). During this career phase, Zeshan articled at Deloitte where he practiced in Audit, Tax and Financial Advisory Services. After Deloitte, Zeshan moved on to work as the Controller for the Edmonton Oilers Hockey organization which involved overseeing and managing several sports and entertainment-related companies.

In 2013 Zeshan obtained his real estate license and joined Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton where he has continuously been a top performer (Top Sales Associate in 2015 and Top Achiever since 2017). Zeshan has extensive experience assisting clients on either side of transactions, be it Purchasers/Tenants or Vendors/Landlords, focusing on best serving clients and relationships to the highest standard possible.

Zeshan joined the Partnership in 2019 and became a Full Partner in 2022. In addition to sales, Zeshan has held several roles and served on various committees at Cushman including the Division Leader for the Industrial Division as well as a member of the Management Advisory Committee. Currently, Zeshan is a member of the Mentorship Committee with a focus on growing and developing the future leaders of this company!
