01 The Opportunity

William Joseph Communications (WJ) is a marketing and advertising agency with offices in Calgary, Saskatoon, and Red Deer. The firm was experiencing explosive growth and their current offices premises in downtown Calgary could no longer accommodate their growing staff count. Our team was engaged to assist WJ in solving their current space problem and also setting the stage for a future of growth within the agency.

02 Our Approach

We undertook an exhaustive process examining and analyzing strategic properties for WJ in the Beltline and Downtown Calgary. We provided detailed analysis to the client and also steered them away from two downtown properties that were potentially slated for residential conversion which would have required WJ to move again.

03 The Result

After an exhaustive process the client leased nearly four times their current premises’ size in a building that also would also accommodate their future growth.
